They clearly don't pay attention to patient records when filling scripts. 3 Months ago they changed the brand without letting me know, I had an allergic reaction to it. Had to fight to not pay for the med the second time. And just asked to have that script filled again and they gave me the brand I was allergic to again. Even though the med was started under allergies, on my medication history.
